Go through the PSPSDK Headers?
Have you even tried to on your own?
How far have you gotten so far?
Do you know what to do?

Details man Wink.

You can also add them in later with PBP unpacker. That's what I do.

I feel it's more efficient when you're just debugging things.

Under "TARGET" in your makefile  add these lines

PSP_EBOOT_ICON = ICON0.png
PSP_EBOOT_PIC1 = PIC1.png
PSP_EBOOT_SND0 = SND0.AT3

(dont add the last line unless you want a eboot sound)

Sorry guys for the misleading question Embarassed. I have make my savegame base on the psp sdk under the utility folder. But my concern is to display my own pic1 and icon0 and not the one's provided by the example on the sdk. Thanks again for all the reply.
