can someone help teach me how to make programs for the psp
im only 13 so the tutorials are confusing
im hopeing to make a program for my science fair in a year or two

There's no way to teach you "how to make programs" just like that, because it's not just a matter of a few rules to learn. It's a thing of trying yourself and collecting experience.

So if you have problems with the tutorials, just tell us where exactly you're getting stalled, provide us as much information as possible about what you did and we'll try to help you step by step.
