I think that divix player psp homebrew does that but it's veeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyy slow to load an avi file of 3 min very low resolution it takes an half houre...

but maybe this homebrew i better : (haven't tested it yet)  http://www.qj.net/psp/homebrew-applications/psplayermt-for-psp-direct-avi-player-works-on-all-the-psp.html
