Tutorial Improvements

I think a good way to improve the tutorials would be to either create additional ones that teach creating 2D graphics with the PSP API and not the provided C source files, or commenting the code in the C source files so that they can be much more easily studied. just commenting graphics.c from the tutorials alone would make examining how the PSP handles 2D graphics much easier.
