for testing purpose. I tried PSPE, it sucked. Using Minimalist PSPSDK to compile EBOOT.

Sorry, it's probably the best emulator around.  If you're trying to develop homebrew for the psp,  better use the real hardware. Emulators are still not that accurate enough to test you're homebrews with.
