[LUA] Blue Blob Bob - PSP Game

Keep in mind I am new to LUA and this game is in it's extremely early stages

Known bugs:
-None YAAAAAAAAY

-Start button now pauses the game instead of restarting it

only tried it on 5.50 gen sorry, if it doesn't on yours try find a lua player for your firmware then put in my lua files and images.
