Hello everyone.I bought from my cousin a PSP 3004 with OFW 6.20.Is there a way to flash it to downgrade it to CFW?

no, not as of yet.

Pandora battery cannot be used on PSP 3Ks and firmware 6.20 hasn't been exploited yet and it will probably take quite a time before it will be.
