First off, activation emails are not being sent.

Second, there are three big problems with the attachment system.
1) Guests cannot download attachments.
2) If you're not logged in, there isn't even any indication that there is an attachment.
3) Again, guests cannot download attachments. There's really no good reason for this.

To make things worst, CGYWIN and the psp Toolchain is also broken, no longer working, and to top it off, this forum is dead!
