Well known developer TyRaNiD drops some educational PSP exploit knowledge on behalf of the Prometheus team at 24c3 2007. It’s 39 minutes long, but worth watching if you know something about hardware and memory architecture, or want to learn something about how software crackers do their thing.

I've been wanting to go to this event for the past few years but always remember when it's finished,

Like I said last year,  Maybe next year,  lol

Yeah it's 39 mins long but worth every second,

That was pretty interesting, even if a lot of the security details went over my head. I used to wonder why they released so many hacks in succession, more than were necessary perhaps. After listening to Tyranid, I guess it's because they had the hardware all worked out.

Great talk TyRaNID!

I learned a lot from the video, thanks for posting it.  I also had a question, have you been able to do much with the USB to communicate to other devices?  Like the japanesse GPS or a camera?

just a sidenote: TyRaNiD doesn't frequent these forums, so asking him questions here is pointless.
