Updated Tutorials (at least the first one)

Hey Nathan I was wondering If either Me or you or someone else can rewrite the first tutorial or possibly all of them. I am Up for the challenge if you want me to do it. The main reason for this is because there is a new toolchain that requires different items to be installed. And setting the $PSPDEV variable prior to install. So you can either post back here or PM me. Ill be glad to write up a new tutorial or tutorial mini series (similar to whats already available but using some better pratices ( IE. simple Gu image drawing instead of Heres a func use it). And I will make the tutorials Short and to the Point. No need for pointless ramblings to get people lost in. If you would Like i could write it up then have you apporve it before it is Posted.

i think the "Setting Up CYGWIN in 10 simple steps" HowTo is the best one
why don't link to this on the first tutorial?

I think there also needs to be a following on tutorial, on how to continue developing without tutorials, that tells people where to look for information and other things. I would also be happy to do any tutorial writing that needs doing.

OK Well Ill talk to him since he Seems to be busy with the Luaplayer and his many a projects. Ill ask Him if he needs help or if i can finish what he started.
