[Lua] Flipbook beta v0.1

Hey guys, i finally have a decent beta ready it definitely needs some work but is enjoyable to a degree

Analog stick - Move cursor
X - Draw
Square - Clear frame
R - Next frame
Triangle - Playback frames

Okay, playback only works once. Like you will hit triangle, it will playback and if u try again it wont playback again but just hit start to exit then relaunch the program and itll work

(includes a sample animation, it loops but its just the same frames, copied, pasted and renamed)

Current frame limit is 30
