FW3.02OE Customizer v1.0

With the release of 3.02OE i decided to make my customizer compatible to it
So here is the release:

Changelog v1.0
-adapted for FW3.02OE
-Graphics Menü (much nicer now)
-check for atleast 22mB free space on MS for complete Flash Dump
-Wallpaper Flash function disabled
