This is release ver 0.1 of the quick boot module for SE-C.

This module allows you to to with the press of a button launch your favorite homebrew anywhere from the xmb.

By: A_Noob

NOTE: CURRENTLY ALL HOMEBREW IS LOADED IN 1.5 KERNEL!! EMAIL ME SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO PUT IN THE quickboot.txt TO HAVE IT LOAD 2.71 KERNEL.

Install:
1) copy seplugins to MS_ROOT or skip to step 2 if seplugind folder exists

2) copy quickboot.prx to your seplugins folder open the vsh.txt and add "ms0:/seplugins/quickboot.prx" ( without the quotes)

3) copy quickboot.txt to your MS_ROOT

4) open quickboot.txt with a text editor and type the path to your desired homebrews eboot ex. "ms0:/PSP/GAME/irshell/EBOOT.PBP"(without the quotes up to four supported)

5) restart your psp and hold r trigger while turning on to enter the recovery console then go down to plugins and enable quickboot.prx

Use:
very simple
Right trigger starts the first homebrew on the list
Left trigger starts the second homebrew on the list
Triangle and Circle starts the third homebrew on the list
Square and Cross strarts the fourth homebrew on the list

Have fun! and good luck.

If any problems arrise or you have suggestions for features email me at a_noob@programmer.net

Happy homebrewing!

so this is what I helped you with ;D

Might I recommend using other buttons, the way you have it setup makes it WAY to easy to accidently launch something, try button combos that are far away from each other and are not likly to both be pressed on accident (eg: Home+R)

To check for 2.71, how about a star before the path. i.e. * This wouldn't be too hard to implement.

why do you need a star? it works without it. I say the simpler it is the better. Also i am currently working on adding 2.71 kernel support and 1.5 fw support, I would like to be able to thread it so that you can also go back to the xmb quickly while in a game ( like ir shell ) if any one could help me a bit with that it would be nice or show me a tut i couldnt find one here and i did c much on ps2dev.org Also do you think i should make the buttons modifiable by the user? I think this would confuse to many noobs. But if you think it would be better. So tell me what buttons combos and ill add it or if you want self set buttons tell me.
